SHANGRI LA AS A BREEDING GROUND.

After the first (intensely cool) project we'd finished for Jitske Kramer, she gave us a plant. How thoughtful of her, we thought. But only later did we understand just how thoughtful.

After the first (intensely cool) project we'd finished for Jitske Kramer, she gave us a plant. How thoughtful of her, we thought. But only later did we understand just how thoughtful.
Our headquarters, also known as Shangri-La, is packed with greenery. Plants are hedonists. You rack up a fair few steps on your pedometer carrying water. And they all want something different: light, water, soil, nutrition. Each with a will of its own. Just like us.

Human Dimensions; unique, powerful and rewarding!

Last week Victor and Jelle joined the 'building tribes' masterclass by corporate anthropologist Jitske Kramer. It was an incredible rollercoaster of discovery and recognition. Normally, giving yourself over intensively to the day for eight hours is a decent drainer. But when Victor and Jelle left the room, they almost glowed: 8 hours gave a month's worth of energy. How does it work? You look, as it were, into a kaleidoscope of insight into where you yourself are a shining example, and you just want more.

The world of corporate anthropology

That's why we're so happy we got the chance to dive even deeper into the world of corporate anthropology. And it reinforced our conviction: the client is a plant. Comparing a person to a rubber plant is tricky. All our clients are unique, have different needs — but that's exactly what makes it so energising. Strengthen your knowledge, train your intuition and the world opens up. On top of that, the power of Human Dimensions is so nourishing: who wouldn't want to carry that out?

Do you also want to be amazed and bewildered by the author of management book of the year? With due pride, we're happy to point you to the Human Dimensions website: a beauty of a plant-client.
